摘要:

大学生可雇佣能力不足是中国当前高校毕业生就业难现象产生的关键因素。国内有关可雇佣能力提升的研究尚处于起步阶段,亟待建立中国大学生可雇佣能力开发模型以作为高等教育培养人才的重要依据。旨在探讨高等院校通过建立雇主评价指标体系和实施系统职业生涯干预以构建中国大学生可雇佣能力开发模型,设计有效提升毕业生可雇佣能力的实施方案,探索根本解决中国大学生就业难问题的理论依据及实践模式。

关键词: 可雇佣能力, 职业生涯干预, 雇主评价

Abstract:

Employability has been a key field in Western Higher Education research since 1990s. In China, poor employability has become a critical factor for graduates with their hard job-hunting since 2000s. However, little research on university students-employability has been done. The paper tries to build up a development model to enhance university students-employability by the standards of graduates-employers. Furthermore, an implementation plan to the model by career interventions will be discussed.
