摘要:

基于Romer模型,将环境质量引入效用函数、环境污染引入生产函数,构建了一个带有环境污染和不可再生资源约束的内生增长模型.采用动态最优化方法,求解最优经济增长路径,得出了经济可持续发展的条件.结果表明,较高的研发效率、充足的人力资本存量、严格的环境标准以及较高的技术清洁度,可以在一定程度上克服资源与环境问题,实现可持续发展.

Abstract:

Based on Romer model, the paper develops an endogenous growth model with the restrains of pollution and nonrenewable resources by introducing environmental quality into utility function, pollution into production function. Then it uses dynamic optimization methods to calculate the results and gets the optimal balanced growth path and also the condition of sustainable development. The results show that high efficiency of R&D, adequate human capital, strict environmental standards and high technical cleanliness can help overcome problems of resources and environment, thus the sustainable development can be achieved.
