Research on Customer-oriented Teaching Method

Abstract:

With the university education becoming more and more popular in China, graduates find it rather difficult to find a desirable job while employers complain that the graduates lack professional competence.The study suggests that a key reason for this phenomenon is that the university students can not be, by the traditio nal teaching methods, properly trained to the employers' requirements.Therefore , this paper introduces the customer-oriented concept from Marketing into the t eaching process in university education and proves that the practice based-on c onstructivism is appreciated by both the university students and the employers.
