On "Right of Anonymous Speech Online"in American Law

Abstract

Abstract:

America has been holding freedom of speech in high regard. Right of a nonymous speech online as part of freedom of speech online is guaranteed by Amer ican law. With the development of case law the American court of justice, in th e light of freedom of speech provided for in the First Amendment of the Constitu tion, establishes right of anonymous speech online and moveover grants it some a dditional procedural protections. This practice provides us a great deal of enli ghtment.
