Relationship between Management and Service of University Scientific Research: a Perspective of Risk Theory

Abstract:

With the transformation of university scientific research management mechanism from the administrative model to a service-oriented model, how to correctly grasp the relationship between management and service becomes a new problem for the scientific research management personnel. This paper makes an analysis of the relationship between scientific management and service based on the risk management theory to figure out the balance point between them. It offers a new principle for scientific research managers in their daily work to provide high quality service for the researchers and professors as well as the research project management, which can help improve the university scientific research management and service indeed.
