This paper introduces Career Planning theory of hu man resources management and explores the establishment of a teacher-training s ystem at different development stages in universities. After a nalyzing the characteristic of teachers' career development, the paper suggests that programs of diverse forms be established which can contribute to the develo pment of teachers' careers.
This paper introduces the models of talents prediction in universities, specific ally regress prediction model, grey forecasting model and Markov's chain prediction model, and applies these models to the prediction of the quantity and degree structure of specialized personnel of a university in a span from 2005 to 2010.

The universities possess technological innovation as an advantage due to the richness of technological resources and activities, but a loose manageme n t of the resources can play a role of checking the innovation. Therefore, this p ap er argues that enhancement of quality manegement must be performed to attract fu nds support and promote the completion of technologically innovative programs, w hich conforms to the requirement of universities' management and can extend the advantage of technological innovation.
The surveys and researches on the impacts of the internet upon university teache rs and students are not new, however, there have been fewer researches on the negative impact. To better understand the negative impacts of the internet o n university teachers and students and how to shade the negative impact through sci entific management and proper guidance, the authors have made a survey in 2004, lasting for roughly one year. The survey has produced a wealth of data through m onitoring and tracking the LAN on campus, Tianwang maze (a kind of file transfer software), Tencent QQ and ET (both are CHAT softwares) and BBS of all universi ties in Beijing. Besides, the questionnaires have also produced a l ot more data concerning the attitudes of teachers and students towards internet in BUAA. In data processing, the authors have taken the method of average value calculation. Their findings include: the source of the negative influence; the e xtent of the negative impacts on teachers and students; the distribution of the sites for them to go online; the time they spend online; and the challenge from internet. The authors conclude the research by presenting some countermeasures t o the problems invloved.
This paper summarizes the experience with cultivation quality of gradu ates from the perspectives of quality monitoring and incentive system for innova tion combined with research and practical work. On this basis, the authors put f orward some further effective measures concerning the work.
