Abstract:
The safety emergency industry constitutes a significant component of the new industrialization and is one of the strategic emerging industries to achieve a high-quality development and a favorable interaction between a high level of safety. Currently, considerable progress has been made in the development of safety emergency products and services; however, it also confronts the prominent issue of an imbalance between supply and demand. From a supply-and-demand perspective, based on the comprehensive combing of the supply and demand conditions of safety emergency products and services, this study dissects how information asymmetry within the industry results in the weak information linkage between market supply and demand, how externalities and the attributes of public goods give rise to the insufficiency of endogenous power in market supply and demand, and how natural monopoly causes the low matching efficiency of market supply and demand. It is discovered that the core issue of the "time imbalance" in the supply and demand of safety emergency products and services primarily stems from the fact that the demand is more event-driven rather than culture-driven. Subsequently, we aims to establish a "culture-intelligence-demonstration" analysis framework and proposes the following three approaches to promote the coordinated development of the safety emergency industry and cultural wisdom: Through the integration of safety emergency culture and the industry to promote and expand demand; Facilitate the matching of supply and demand information, adjust the demand structure and enhance the supply capacity with the assistance of the safety emergency intelligent platform; Optimize the system and mechanism of the safety emergency industry demonstration base, assemble resource input, and stimulate market competition and cooperation. This paper aspires to offer a solid cultural driven model, technical support and policy support for the high-quality development of the safety emergency industry and undertakings.
