Abstract:
As a strategic emerging industry, low-altitude economy is a new engine for economic growth and technological breakthrough. Low-altitude airspace resource management, low-altitude aircraft technology breakthrough and low-altitude application scenario expansion are the three key links to build low-altitude economic and industrial ecology. However, the current practice shows that there is a disconnect between the three. In response to the core issue of “How to achieve the co-evolution of airspace, technology and scene and create low-altitude economic industrial ecology”, this paper, on the basis of defining the connotation and characteristics of low-altitude economy, carries out case analysis on the technological breakthrough and industrial development of China's large unmanned aerial vehicle. The role process of scene driving, technology driving and airspace driving and the foundation, promotion and leading role in the development of low-altitude economy are sorted out. Therefore, we further refine the strategies to realize the co-evolution of low-altitude economic industry ecology, namely, airspace open strategy, scene integration strategy and technology dual strategy. In order to promote low-altitude economic growth to provide theoretical and practical thinking.
