公共事业管理多元适应性人才培养模式研究——基于胜任力理论的思考

Research on Multivariate Adaptive Personnel Training Mode of Public Administration Specialty:Reflection Based on Competency Theory

  • 摘要: 人才培养模式规定了专业人才培养的目标及其实现途径。为提升公共事业管理专业人才培养的质量,通过借鉴能力本位的教育思想,引入胜任力理论模型,对公共事业管理专业毕业生及其雇主,教师及在读学生进行了调查,提出了多元适应性人才培养模式。该模式强调人才培养的多元适应性和胜任力,具有动态性和开放性的特点,有助于提升专业人才的综合竞争能力。

     

    Abstract: Talent-cultivation mode sets the goal and realization approach to talent cultivation. To promote the quality of professional talent training on public service administration, a new multivariate adaptive training mode is put forward. Based on the thought of competence-based education, the mode introduces the theory of competency model and investigates the graduates and their employers, teachers and students of the public administration specialty. With a focus on multivariate adaptability and competence of talent-cultivation of talents, the mode has the characteristics of open and dynamic and can promote the comprehensive competition ability of the professional talents.
