Abstract:
Although reforming China's teaching methods of undergraduate education in law from the perspective of American case teaching is practicable because of its universality and the trend of blending the two legal chains, the difference between the two countries' legal systems make it impossible to transplant it directly. However, the spirit of guiding students in thinking like lawyers is universal, because there is no border in the method of cultivating students' thinking abilities. Examined from the view of American case teaching, the current undergraduate education in lawin China, in such aspects as the method of teaching and the selection of teaching cases, remains to be improved.
