Abstract:
The paper first attempts to build an evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of fresh supermarket in China from the financial perspective. Then it evaluates the core competitiveness of fresh supermarket by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the theoretical support. The paper also presents ideas on how to cultivate their own core competitiveness. The empirical results show that the core competitiveness ranking of fresh supermarket is basically consistent to the reality and that the model is effective. All means to enhance operational capacity, profit ability and operating capacity are proved effective for the promotion of the core competitiveness of fresh supermarket.
