Abstract: With the popularization of higher education, cultivation of excellent innovative talents has become an important work of research-oriented universities. Normally, the way to select students is diversified and the teaching is personalized. Excellent teachers are encouraged to join in the tutor system and student competition mechanism is carried out with high level of internationalization. Reforming measures are put forward as to the problems and deficiencies in this regard, which include innovating new mechanism of students selection, optimizing system the academic education, improving the system of moral education and constructing an efficient management team.
