博士研究生科研倦怠影响因素分析——以北京航空航天大学为例

Factors Affecting the Research Burnout of Doctoral Students: Based on BUAA

  • 摘要: 随着博士研究生招生规模的不断扩大,博士研究生逐渐成为中国科研活动中的主要群体。博士研究生的科研状态与博士研究生培养质量和高等教育质量、学术水平紧密相关。通过对北京航空航天大学107名在读博士研究生进行深度访谈,在扎根理论的基础上,经过三级编码,将生理压力、心理压力、个体能力压力、科研情境因素、社会环境因素确定为博士研究生科研倦怠的五大影响因素,并将五大因素归纳为内在压力因素以及中介压力因素。通过进一步研究发现内在压力因素是影响博士研究生产生科研倦怠的根源因素,但内在压力因素只有通过中介压力因素的作用才能最终导致博士研究生科研倦怠状况的发生。因此博士研究生科研倦怠的产生并不是单一因素作用的结果,而是在多种内部压力因素相互作用下,再通过中介压力因素作用而产生的一种消极情绪。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of doctoral students enrollment, doctoral students have gradually become the main group scientific research activities in China. The research status of doctoral students is closely related to the training quality of doctoral students, the quality of higher education, and the academic level. Through in-depth interviews with 107 doctoral students in Beijing University of Aeronautics(BUAA), and based on three levels of coding, this research defined the five major influencing factors of research burnout for doctoral students, they are respectively, physiological pressure, psychological stress, individual ability pressure, scientific research situation factors, and social environmental factors. The five major influencing factors are further divided into internal pressure factors and mediating factors. Through further research, it is found that the internal stress factors are the root cause factors that affect the burnout of doctoral students. However, the internal stress factors can only lead to the occurrence of doctoral students' research burnout through the effect of intermediary pressure factors. Therefore, the birth of doctoral students' research burnout is not the result of a single factor, but a kind of negative emotion caused by the interaction of various internal stress factors.
