Abstract: The understanding and application of the concept of corruption is related to the strategic deployment and concrete implementation of anti-corruption. Over the years, various social circles have interpreted the concept of corruption from different perspectives, resulting in some theoretical confusion and practical disagreement. In order to concentrate the firepower and highlight the key points and win the overwhelming victory in the anti-corruption struggle, it is suggested to define corruption in a narrow sense and limit power corruption to the scope of public power.
