Abstract: The history of contemporary Chinese jurisprudence is shaped by jurisprudence scholars of different intellectual preference, so there is no only right definition and knowledge system of jurisprudence. It appears not only in jurisprudence curriculum and teaching system but also in jurisprudence studies. In recent years, law and social sciences have sprung up and stood with legal dogmatics. Meanwhile, we also need to strengthen teaching and studies of Marxism jurisprudence.
