Abstract: As an important part of the new era thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, people-centered development has its own logic of creation: the inheritance of the ancient people-oriented thought is its historical logic; and the development of the people's subjective thought of the classic writers of Marxism is its theoretical logic and also its realistic logic to adhere to the supremacy of the Communists. The people-centered development concept has profound connotations. From the perspective of development purposes, it insists on developing for the people; from the perspective of development momentum, it insists on developing based on the people; from the perspective of developing fundamental values, it insists on the developing results shared by the people.
