新中国核心价值观教育的发展历程与基本特征

  • 摘要: 回顾新中国核心价值观教育的历史进程,对新时代的价值观教育具有重要参考意义。从建国初期、全面建设社会主义时期、文化大革命时期、改革开放新时期到中国特色社会主义新时代,新中国核心价值观教育回应时代需求,发挥了凝聚人心的重要作用。新中国核心价值观教育在内容上不断凝练明晰,对象上以青年、学生和党员干部为重点,方法上从强制性、灌输性转向实践生成性,关注点上从重视国内到日益关注国际环境。未来核心价值观教育的关键仍是解决"内化于心、外化于行"的问题,应始终与社会发展需要相契合,继续坚持实践化的方向,同时应着力培养价值观自信,关注年轻人在价值观认同建构中的作用,注重接引大众智慧。

     

    Abstract: Reviewing the historical process of the core values education in People's Republic of China has important reference significance for the education of core values in the New Era. From the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the period of comprehensive socialist construction, the period of the Cultural Revolution, the new period of reform and opening-up, to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the education of the core values of new China responded to the needs of the times and played an important role in cohering people's hearts and minds. New China's core values education is constantly concise and clear in its content. The focus is on youth, students and party members and cadres. The education ways developed from compulsoriness, indoctrination to practice cultivation. The concerns developed from the domestic to international environment. In the future, the key to core values education is to solve the problem of "internalization in the heart and externalization in the action". The education should always be in line with the needs of social development, continue to adhere to the direction of practice, and strive to cultivate value confidence, pay attention to the role of young people in the construction of value identity and the popular moral wisdom.
