基于公众感知的廉洁文化传播效果研究

Effect of Integrity Culture Communication Based on Public Perception

  • 摘要: 在新媒体时代背景下,廉洁文化传播发挥着重要的反腐功能。调查研究表明,公众认为以微博、微信为代表的新媒体和反腐题材的影视剧、记录片等媒介的廉洁文化传播效果较好;廉洁文化传播可以增强公众对腐败危害的了解,促使公众更坚定地保持廉洁行为,增强公众举报腐败的意愿;年龄、收入、受教育程度与公众面临腐败所持态度不存在相关关系:收入与公众在腐败危害了解程度上不存在相关关系,收入与公众在举报腐败意愿上也不存在相关关系,年龄、受教育程度与公众在腐败危害了解程度上存在负相关关系,年龄、受教育程度与公众在举报腐败的意愿上存在负相关关系。为了增强廉洁文化传播效果,必须进一步挖掘新媒体平台的廉洁文化功能,充分发挥电视新闻和电视剧的作用,并将新媒体和传统媒介充分融合,加强对青少年及幼儿的廉洁文化传播。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the new media era, the integrity culture plays an important role in anti-corruption. The survey shows that the public has achieved better communication through the new media represented by Weibo, WeChat, films, TV dramas and documentaries that reflect the types of anti-corruption themes. The communication of integrity culture can enhance the public's understanding of the dangers of corruption, the public's determination to maintain integrity and can increase the public's willingness to report corruption; age, income and education level have no correlation with public attitudes towards corruption. There is no correlation between income and the public's understanding of the harm of corruption, nor between income and the public's willingness to report corruption. Age and education level are negatively correlated with the public's understanding of the harm of corruption; age and education level are negatively correlated with the public's willingness to report corruption. In order to enhance the effect of honest culture communication, it is necessary to further explore the integrity culture function of the new media platform, give full play to the role of TV news and TV dramas, and fully integrate new media with traditional media to strengthen the integrity education for the young people and children.
