Abstract: The system of core socialist values not only constitutes a kind of value consensus with a cluster of concepts, but also contains some sort of order of values. This order includes three aspects:the levels of evolution of the country as a kind of substantial existence based on historical logic, the life process of individuals as a kind of spiritual existence based on deductive logic, the interactive picture of citizens as a kind of social existence based on practical logic, which involve the chains of material-spirit, ends-means and collective-individual respectively. This order could be regarded as a theoretical response to the problem of value conflicts in the framework of core socialist values, and would be helpful for integrating them into the construction of rule of law and social governance.
