Abstract:
With the economic globalization, internationalization has become an inevitable trend in the development of higher education and talent training. At the same time, the world's demand for international talent is increasing. This article analyzes a local international talent training model centering on teaching, scientific research and service exercised by X college of a university in Beijing, from four modules, i.e., international courses, overseas study, international research activities, and international teachers. Through a questionnaire survey for empirical analysis of the effect of international talent training, we identify that this model has favorable effect on international talent training, which involves motivating students' participation in English and Bilingual Courses, and their participation in overseas learning, strengthening the construction of introducing talents courses, the breadth and depth of participation in international competitions, the management of overseas projects of graduation projects, and enhancing the effective participation of international conferences.
