Abstract:
With the continuous development of Master of Business Administration (MBA) education and the gradual expansion of training scale, the quality of MBA education has attracted more and more attention. Based on the process management theory, and the analysis of 714 copies of data collected from a national MBA education experience survey in 2019, this paper constructs an MBA education quality index (MBAEQI) with educational input, educational output as primary indexes, and teaching process, practice process, graduation achievement, management ability improvement, employment quality and overall satisfaction as secondary indexes. Furthermore, the paper presents that the development of MBA education in different universities can be evaluated by means of educational input, educational output, education value-addedness, management ability value-addedness. The measurement results show that the constructed index can effectively reflect the differences and main problems of MBA education in different universities.
