Abstract: Poverty eradication is the dream of people all over the world. After 70 years of anti-poverty summary and practical exploration, China has successfully initiated a successful road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics, which takes "precision poverty alleviation" as the core. Xi Jinping's important discussion on "precision poverty alleviation" takes "support who, who supports, how to support, how to withdraw" as the logical idea; besides, it takes Zhizhi as the fundamental requirement, and the transformation of the poverty alleviation model as the only way. Moreover, this discussion is not only the ideological guide to win the fight against poverty under the new situation, but also the basic strategy for building "a community of shared future for mankind that is free from poverty and pursues common prosperity". Xi Jinping's important discussion on precision poverty alleviation has contributed China's wisdom to the cause of global poverty reduction, especially to solving poverty control problems in developing countries; therefore, it is of great significance to the development of the poverty reduction worldwide.
