Abstract:
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) one hundred years ago, its view on the people has carried different themes at different historical stages. As the principal conflict facing Chinese society changes, the category of the people changes and develops, which has mainly gone through four stages: the alliance of classes during the revolutionary war, the tortuous development in the course of the socialist construction, the inclusiveness and openness in the new period of reform and opening up, and the systematic expansion in the new era of socialism. The evolution of CPC's view on the people is a dynamic process, with four stages of revolution, construction, reform and development. As a result, its content has been constantly enriched, with the characteristics of times, development and innovation.
