Abstract:
Based on the practical problems of college students' employment, this paper attempts to explore the influence of college students' career planning education on the career stability of newly employed college students. By employing the survey data of Mycos, and according to the Probit model and Logit panel model analysis, the empirical results show that: college students' career planning effectively enhances the career stability of newly employed college students, significantly reduces the turnover behavior of newly employed college students, and shows certain heterogeneity in its impact effect. The conclusion shows that colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the intensity of career planning education, improve the accuracy of career planning education, and lay a good foundation for students' future career development.
