Abstract:
Chinese space station opened a new journey for China's international space cooperation, during which, many international space cooperation intellectual property rights with core competitiveness are produced. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a systematic space intellectual property system to protect China's national interests and the sustainable development of the space station. By comparing the characteristics of Chinese space station and the existing regulations in the field of world space intellectual property rights, it is found that there are some institutional dilemmas in the protection of intellectual property rights for the international cooperation of Chinese space station, such as the lack of legislation and the loss of property rights. For this purpose, it is necessary to improve the compatibility and systematization of domestic laws to enhance the legal quality; set up a special space intellectual property regulatory agency and a strict confidentiality mechanism; it is also necessary to promote the innovation and transformation of the relief of space property rights disputes by using the system of creditor's rights relief and state responsibility. While strengthening the national property rights capacity, we need to focus on the two-way mutual aid of domestic and international protection networks, and optimize the partnership and external environment for international cooperation in intellectual property protection of Chinese space station, to provide the world with China's experience and international public goods in outer space exploration.
