德国高校跨学科科研平台建设研究——以3D制造集群为例

Construction of Interdisciplinary Research Platforms in German Universities: Taking the Cluster of 3D Matter Made to Order as an Example

  • 摘要: 德国高校中的跨学科科研平台建设主要以跨学科研究集群的形式开展。结合德国高等教育政策及全面产业升级的时代背景,对3D制造集群这一典型案例进行深入分析,总结出通过机构合作聚集优势资源、开展科学有序的科研管理、构建权责分明的组织结构以及培养跨学科人才等建设特点。在此基础上, 提出中国跨学科科研平台建设应发挥高校区域优势组建跨学科研究集群,探索高校共建并拓展机构合作渠道,利用平台优势培养跨学科人才,突破院系限制打造专业团队,统筹研究项目并完善科研数据管理。

     

    Abstract: Interdisciplinary research platforms in German universities are mainly constructed in the form of research clusters. Based on the German higher education policy and the historical background of comprehensive industrial upgrading, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the typical case of the cluster of 3D Matter Made to Order and summarizes the characteristics such as gathering superior resources through institutional cooperation, carrying out scientific and orderly scientific research management, building an organizational structure with clear rights and responsibilities, and cultivating interdisciplinary talents. On this basis, it is proposed that the construction of interdisciplinary research platforms in China should give full play to the regional advantages of colleges and universities to form the interdisciplinary research clusters, explore the cooperation channels of universities and expand the cooperation between institutions. In addition, it is important to take advantage of the platforms to cultivate interdisciplinary talents, break through the limitations of departments to build professional teams, coordinate research projects and improve the management of scientific research data.
