行业特色高校教师职业性特质研究

Professional Traits of Teachers in Colleges and Universities with Industrial Characteristics

  • 摘要: 立足行业特色高校“行业性”的本质属性,以学术职业分化理论和职业适应理论为分析框架,探讨特定职业发展情境下教师的应然性和实然性职业特质,将行业特色高校教师的应然性职业特质归结为,与行业发展所需要的人才培育、科学研究、社会服务等密切契合,彰显于职业认知和行为表现中的潜在独有特质。研究表明,行业特色高校教师职业性特质受职业发展情境、职业适应状态和行业需求的影响,因此,国家、高校和教师三方应形成合力,基于“新工科”改革发展的维度,以健全的政策体系、成熟的管理机制和良好的职业观念,推动行业特色高校形成更高层次、更高水平的发展态势。

     

    Abstract: Based on the essential attribute of “industry” of colleges and universities with industrial characteristics, this paper takes academic profession differentiation theory and career adaptation theory as the analytical framework to explore the ideal and actual professional traits of teachers in specific career development situations. The ideal professional traits of teachers in colleges and universities with industrial characteristic can be summarized as the potential unique traits in career cognition and behavior, which are closely in line with the cultivation of talents, scientific research and social service needed for the development of the industry. The study shows that the professional traits of teachers in colleges and universities with industrial characteristics are influenced by the career development situations, career adaptation state and the needs of the industry. Therefore, it is necessary for the state, universities and teachers to join efforts to promote the development of colleges and universities with industrial characteristics to the higher level with sound policy system, mature management mechanism and good professional concept, based on the reform and development of “new engineering”.
