疫情下农业企业供需动荡性及其传导机制研究

Volatility of Supply and Demand in Agricultural Enterprises and the Transmission Mechanism During the Epidemic

  • 摘要: 以伊利集团、新希望集团、温氏集团、双汇发展、光明乳业5家农业企业为研究对象, 运用Nvivo软件, 基于扎根理论对供需高度动荡性及其传导机制进行探索性多案例研究, 进而构建基于"供需高度动荡性-组织韧性-企业绩效"的分析模型。研究发现, 供需两端高度动荡性负向影响农业企业绩效, 供需高度动荡性抑制组织韧性, 组织韧性正向促进农业企业绩效且在供需高度动荡性与农业企业绩效之间起中介作用。

     

    Abstract: Taking five agricultural enterprises, namely, Yili Group, New Hope Group, Wen's Group, Shuanghui Development, and Bright Dairy as the research objects, this paper conducts an exploratory multi-case study on the high volatility of supply and demand and its transmission mechanism with Nvivo software based on the grounded theory, and then constructs an analysis model with high volatility of supply and demand, organizational resilience, and enterprises performance as the factors. The results show that high volatility of supply and demand has a negative impact on the performance of agricultural enterprises, and negatively inhibits organizational resilience. Organizational resilience has a positive effect on the performance of agricultural enterprises and plays a mediating role between the high volatility of supply and demand and the performance of agricultural enterprises.
