Abstract:
The Communist Party of China (CPC) has always attached great importance to the Party history learning and education. The Party history learning and education has experienced four stages over the past century: the preliminary exploration in the period of new democratic revolution, the tortuous progress in the period of socialist revolution and construction, the rich development in the period of reform and opening up, and the comprehensive deepening since the new era. It shows the following development trends. It develops from simple to systematic in its contents, and extends from the Party to the society in its subjects. In addition, it expands from single to multiple in its carriers, and evolves from dynamic to institutional in its modes. The course and trend of the development of the Party history learning and education in the past century provide a lot of experience and enlightenment for the high-quality development of Party history learning and education in the new era. That is, it is necessary to combine the Party history learning and education with the learning of Marxist theory, and to pay attention to the Party history learning and education of Party members and cadres, as well as young students. In addition, it is essential to innovate the ways of Party history learning and education and training based on the development of the times, and carry out the Party history learning and education around the central task of the Party and the country.
