Abstract: Marx's thought on community is an important part of his political philosophy and his "though on real community" provides directional guidance for the progress of human civilization. Based on Marxist philosophy, Xi Jinping's concept of a community with a shared future for mankind focuses on the general development trend of the contemporary world, conforms to human's pursuit of common value, and proposes a transitional plan leading to a real community with better social structure. The concept deepens the judgment on the evolution of communication mode, and expands the vision of world history theory in Marxist political philosophy. In addition, it enriches the assertion of the diversity of civilization forms, and concretizes the conception of future society in Marxist political philosophy. It can be said that the concept is the Marxism theory in contemporary China, which seeks great harmony for the world and has opened up a new realm for the development of Marxism in the 21st century for the theoretical and practical innovation of Marxist political philosophy.
