Abstract: The "dual orientation mode" causes the Internet court to be a judicial organ that takes into account both the trial of Internet-related cases and the application of online litigation technology. However, this mode goes against the development trend of online litigation technology, and prevents the Internet court from performing its functions and carrying out follow-up reform. Therefore, it's imperative to take "case oriented" mode as the center, and strengthen the effectiveness of Internet courts in the trial of internet-related cases and cyberspace governance to meet the needs of cyberspace governance and Internet judicial reform, and promote the specialization of Internet courts. At the same time, through the clarification and adjustment of the scope of accepting cases, rational construction of trial organizations and improvement of the trial mechanism, necessary support will be provided for the development of Internet courts and Internet governance.
