Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important thesis of "Two Combinations" in the important speech of "the Centenary of the Communist Party of China (CPC)". On the historical journey of promoting the new development of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and on the great historical starting point of striving towards the second centennial goal, we should sort out the "combination" of the CPC's "seeking truth from facts" and the sinicization of Marxism again from the practical logic; we should deeply understand the "combination" of Marxist theory and Chinese excellent traditional culture from the historical logic; based upon the cultural mission and civilized vision of the CPC in the new era from the theoretical logic, we should further explain the great significance of the new road of Chinese modernization for the development of a new form of human civilization, and elaborate the great significance of Chinese discourse and Chinese wisdom for the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
