党领导科技现代化的历史经验融入思政课教学基于大学生课程特征的五维分析

Integration of the CPC’s Historical Experience in Leading the Modernization of Science and Technology into the Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses: Based on a Five-Dimensional Analysis of the Characteristics of College Students’ Courses

  • 摘要: 中国共产党领导科技现代化的历史经验中蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源,将其融入思政课,有助于集聚青年力量,建设科技强国。从学理属性、教育功能和知识特征上来看,可以融入包括“马克思主义基本原理”“自然辩证法”“新时代中国特色社会主义理论与实践”在内的多门本科生和研究生思政课。在遵循教学逻辑统一性、融入章节契合性原则下,可以采用散点式、辐射式、体验式等方式,将党的革命、建设和改革的不同历史时期取得的成就,以及“坚持党的领导”“科技体制改革中保持延承性”“发挥集中力量办大事的制度优势”“科技与经济融合”“自主创新与开放式创新协同”“建设高效的国家创新体系”“集聚德才兼备科技人才而用之”等历史经验,融入各思政课的相关章节。同时,提出可以将定量定性评价与短期长期评价相结合来进行体系性评估和观察。

     

    Abstract: The historical experience of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in leading the modernization of science and technology contains rich ideological and political education resources, which can be integrated into ideological and political courses to help pool the strength of the youth and develop China into a leading country in science and technology. From the perspective of academicattributes, educational functions and knowledge characteristics, it can be integrated into a number of ideological and political courses for undergraduates and postgraduates, including “Basic Principles of Marxism” “Dialectics of Nature” “Theory and Practice of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era”. Following the principles of unity of teaching logic and compatibility of integrated chapters, we can adopt scattered, radial and experiential methods to integrate the achievements made in different historical periods of the CPC’s revolution, construction and reform, and the CPC’s historical experience into the relevant chapters of ideological and political courses, such as “adhering to the CPC’s leadership” “maintaining continuity in the reform of scientific and technological system” “giving full play to the institutional advantages of pooling all our efforts to accomplish great tasks” “integration of science and technology with the economy” “synergy between independent innovation and open innovation” “building an efficient national innovation system” “bringing together sci-tech talents who have both integrity and professional competence from all corners”, etc. At the same time, the paper proposes that quantitative and qualitative evaluation should be combined with short-term and long-term evaluation to carry out systematic assessment and observation.
