Abstract: The important proposition of the “Five Essential Paths” is based not only on the historic achievements and changes of the new era, but also on the great practice of reform and opening up over the past 40 years, the great historical changes of People’s Republic of China over the past 70 years, and the glorious course of the great social revolution led by the Communist Party of China over the past 100 years. It has a very profound historical foundation. The “Five Essential Paths” is not five isolated viewpoints, but an organic unity of the whole, which is unified in the great practice of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the grand process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
