Abstract:
Insisting on promoting the integration of the development of education, sci-technology innovation, and personnel training requires exploring the intrinsic relationship among the three. But previous studies take one of them as the logical foundation or intermediary, lacking the interpretation of the intrinsic relationship among them. Starting from the value dimension, we can establish the intrinsic relationship among the three, and discover the problems of value consistency, such as misalignment of value norms, confusion of ethical roles, and reduction of value sensitivity. Forming a unified value stance, reaching a consensus value orientation, and applying policy instruments for ethical governance of science and technology can solve the problems of value consistency, provide a value integration path in promoting the integration of the development of education, sci-technology innovation, and personnel training, and help explore the value orientation for implementing the strategy of invigorating China through science and education and developing a strong workforce for the modernization drive.
