高校师生学习弘扬伟大建党精神机制探索B大学理论学习制度执行偏差与矫正案例研究

Exploration on the Mechanism of Studying and Carrying Forward the Great Founding Spirit of the Party of College Teachers and Students: A Case Study on the Deviation and Correction of the Implementation ofthe Theoretical Study System in University B

  • 摘要: 党的二十大报告指出,要“弘扬以伟大建党精神为源头的中国共产党人精神谱系”“着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”。高校承载着立德树人的根本任务,理论学习制度是高校师生学习传承弘扬中国共产党人精神谱系的基础性机制,其有效执行对于高校学习贯彻党的二十大精神、弘扬伟大建党精神、强化师生思想引领,具有重大的理论和现实意义。以B大学为例,采用文献荟萃、演绎归纳、调查问卷等方法,将高校师生理论学习制度执行偏差主要分为四类,即象征性执行、替代性执行、机械性执行、抵制性执行,并在分析其成因的基础上,提出应坚持以师生为本,把握关键因素,强化党政协同、上下联动等对策来矫正高校师生理论学习制度执行偏差。

     

    Abstract: The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) points out that it is necessary to “carry forward the long line of inspiring principles for the Chinese Communists that originated with the great founding spirit of the Party” and “foster a new generation of young people to shoulder the mission of realizing national rejuvenation”. Colleges and universities undertake the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and their theoretical study system is the basic mechanism for college teachers and students to study, inherit, and carry forward the long line of inspiring principles for the Chinese Communists. The effective implementation of the theoretical study system is of great theoretical and practical significance for colleges and universities to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, carry forward the great founding spirit of the Party, and strengthen the theoretical guidance for teachers and students. Taking University B as an example, this paper adopts the methods of literature meta-analysis, induction and deduction, and questionnaire, etc., and divides the deviation in the implementation of the theoretical study system of colleges teachers and students into four categories: symbolic implementation, alternative implementation, mechanical implementation and resistant implementation. Based on the analysis of the causes, it proposes the corresponding countermeasures to correct the deviation in the implementation of the theoretical study system of colleges teachers and students, such as putting teachers and students first , focusing on the key factors, strengthening the coordination between the Party and the government, and the coordination across different levels.
