城乡融合发展推动共同富裕的影响因素与路径研究基于NCA和fsQCA的双重分析

  • 摘要: 城乡融合发展是新时代构建新型城乡关系、推动共同富裕的重要制度安排。结合河南省城乡融合发展现状,基于共生理论和协同治理理论构建城乡协同共生理论模型和指标体系,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)和必要条件分析(NCA)方法,探究城乡融合发展推动共同富裕的必要条件和组态路径。研究发现:地区产业水平是城乡融合发展推动共同富裕的重要条件;四种路径即“融合环境”促进型、“城乡互补”发展型、“工农互促”优化型和“经济发展”支撑型,在城乡融合发展推动共同富裕进程中发挥作用;城乡融合环境、主体和过程相互影响,对实现共同富裕目标发挥联动效应。各地应立足实际,取长补短,打造具有地方特色的城乡融合发展,推动共同富裕的实践模式。

     

    Abstract: Urban-rural integrated development constitutes an important institutional arrangement for constructing a new type of urban-rural relationship and advancing common prosperity in the new era. Drawing on the current state of urban-rural integrated development in Henan Province, the study constructs a synergistic symbiosis theoretical model and indicator system based on symbiosis theory and synergistic governance theory, and adopts the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) and Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) to explore the necessary conditions and configuration paths which urban-rural integrated development promotes the common prosperity. The findings reveal that the regional industrial level is a crucial condition for urban-rural integrated development to promote common prosperity. Four types of paths play significant roles in this process, namely, the "integrated environment" promoting type, the "urban-rural complementarity" developing type, the "industrial and agricultural mutual promotion" optimizing type, and the "economic development" supporting type. The urban-rural integration environment, main bodies and processes interact with each other, generating synergistic effects towards achieving the goal of common prosperity. Localities should base themselves on actual conditions, leverage strengths to complement weaknesses, and create distinctive practical models of urban-rural integrated development for common prosperity with local characteristics.
