They represent a scientific understanding of the strategic position of ecological security in the new era, a practical choice for the direction of Chinese modernization, a systematic response to ecological security risks, and proactive leadership in global ecological security governance. The essence of these expositions lies in consolidating the foundation of ecological security, strengthening ecological security safeguards, meeting multidimensional security needs, and promoting global ecological security through cooperative efforts.
