Organization and Operation of China-s Emergency Management

摘要: 中国政府高度重视应急管理工作,在科学分析公共安全形势和认真总结经验教训的基础上,构建了以"一案三制"为核心内容的应急管理体系,建立了"统一领导、综合协调、分类管理、分级负责、属地管理为主"的应急体制,并在有效应对各类突发事件,构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract: The Chinese Government has attached great importance to emergency management. Based on its scientific analysis of the public security situation and conscientious summary of the lessons and experience, the government has established an emergency management system with "one plan and three systems" as its core contents, as well as an emergency mechanism featuring "unified leadership, comprehensive coordination, categorized management, divided responsibility and localized management", which have played an important role in effectively addressing all kinds of emergencies and building a harmonious socialist society.
