The Technological and Legal Issues of Manned Lunar Landing

摘要: 月球对人类而言是无价之地,载人登月也是各个航天大国的梦想。通过介绍月球的资源、重要作用及可利用性,阐述各国的探月计划,旨在阐明载人登月所涉及的一些法律问题,以及科学方面的挑战,期待对中国将来的月球开发利用活动有建设性的贡献。

Abstract: The moon is priceless to humanity. Manned lunar landing is also the d ream of the various space powers. By describing the moon-s resources, its import ant role and its availability, the paper elaborates the lunar programs of variou s countries, and tries to clarify the legal issues in mankind-s lunar landing , and scientific challenges. The paper looks forward to constructive contributions to development and utilization of lunar activity in our country.
