  • 摘要: 小城镇吸纳农村富余劳动力、接收大城市转移的产业后易于形成产业集聚。分析产业集聚与小城镇发展的相互关系及其作用,基于西安小城镇发展中的现状、特点及存在的问题,试图从产业集聚视角提出西安小城镇发展策略。结果表明,小城镇发展已成为区域经济发展、城乡差距消融、社会主义新农村建设的重要举措。
    Abstract: The global integration trend is becoming more and more obvious. The urban circle effect is the direction of townships development. The paper studies townships development under the industrial concentration in Xi-an,analyzes their mutual relations and roles. Strategic measures are proposed in the end. Factually, townships development has become important actions of developing regional economy, narrowing the urban-rural gap, and building the new socialist countryside.
