Empirical Study on the Factors for the Economic Growth of China's Science Parks

  • 摘要: 高新区为中国高技术产业发展和区域经济繁荣做出了贡献,但目前的研究还缺乏对其增长驱 动因素的解构和实证研究。从三重螺旋理论模型入手,引入"知识过滤器"的概念,将高新 区的经济增长分解为知识创新、转化、产学合作,并考虑到集聚和溢出等外部性因素。最后,运用面板数据模型对高新区的经济增长进行了实证研究。结果表明,中国的高新区在步入成熟发展阶段的21世纪以来,其增长的动因朝着更积极健康的方向转变。
    Abstract: Based on theory model of "the Triple Helix" for SP, this paper introduces the concept of "knowledge filter" and divides the growth of SP into innovation an d commercialization of knowledge, university-industry relations as well as exte rnal factors of industry agglomeration and spillover effect. The empirical study on the panel data of the economic growth of SP shows that the driving factors h ave turned out to be better ones when China's SP are at their mature stage since the 21st century.
