摘要: 从技术的三维角度分析了现代技术观的演进过程,即技术决定论——部分条件论——条件总和论三个阶段。现代技术观割裂了技术与经济、自然、社会的有机联系,与和谐社会的目标系统有一定差距,因此构建和谐技术观是实现社会和谐的必然选择。

Abstract: This article analyzes the modern technology view from the three-dimensional ang le of technology, that is, on the technical determinism-on the part conditions theory-on the total conditions theory evolutionary process. Modern technology v iew separates the links between technology and economy, nature and society, whic h is distant from the harmonious society's goal. Therefore, it is the inevitably choice for realizing social harmony by constructing a harmonious technical view . This paper proposes the thoughts of constructing harmonious technology view.
