摘要

摘要: 介绍了企业项目管理的发展,分析了单项目风险管理模型在企业项目管理应用的问题。提出了基于企业多项目风险管理的项目组合风险管理模型和项目集风险管理模型,建议企业成立项目组合风险管理部,通过多项目风险管理集成信息系统对风险进行有效管理。

Abstract: Multi-project risk management is one of the core contents of enterpris e project management. According to the theory and processes of enterprise projec t management and risk management, the problems of single project risk management models are analyzed in this research. The authors consider the integrated model of enterprise multi-project risk management should include portfolio risk mana g ement, program risk management and project risk management. Based on the model, the authors suggest that Project Portfolio Risk Management Department be establi shed so that the Multi-Project Risk Management Integration Information System c ould be effectively used in enterprises.
