Abstract:
The charge for higher education in China has drawn lots of attention i n many aspects. Centering on the reasonable charging standard for higher educati on, many researchers have aired their views in recent years, which included diff erence-based charges. On the basis of research in relation to the theoretical u nderlying and fact foundation of difference-based charge for higher education, this paper holds that unifying charging standard in majors would be a rational c hoice with both necessity and possibility.
