摘要: 中国高等教育收费引起了多方面的关注。近年来很多研究者围绕高等教育的合理收费问题提出了自己的见解,具体建议牵涉到包括实行差异化收费在内的多个方面。基于对高等教育差异化收费的理论依据和事实基础的研究,认为高等教育在专业大类之内统一收费标准是兼具必要性和可能性的理性选择。

Abstract: The charge for higher education in China has drawn lots of attention i n many aspects. Centering on the reasonable charging standard for higher educati on, many researchers have aired their views in recent years, which included diff erence-based charges. On the basis of research in relation to the theoretical u nderlying and fact foundation of difference-based charge for higher education, this paper holds that unifying charging standard in majors would be a rational c hoice with both necessity and possibility.
