构建创新型大学的网络化层级组织结构设计

Design of Meshy Hierarchy Organization Model of Universities in China

  • 摘要: 大学有其特殊的社会职能,不同于企业和政府机关,因此大学应该有自己独特的组织结构。 文章在对大学的有机组织进行分析的基础上,分析了现有一些组织结构的缺点,并设计了更 适合大学的网络化层级组织。与其他组织结构相比,大学网络化层级组织结构有着实现 组织结构垂直与水平交叉、扩展职能部门的功能,赋予了自我管理、共享管理和动态管理的 思想;并且有效地利用了大学中的非正式组织。

     

    Abstract: Being different from corporations and government offices, universities have spec ial social functions, so they should have their own organizing frameworks. Based on the deep comprehending of the organization in a university, this paper analy zed their shortcomings, and designed a meshy hierarchy that is more suitable for a university. The framework is in favor of, compared with other architectures, accomplishing cross-link of vertical and horizontal integration, extends the fu nctions of the related departments, endows these departments with the ideas of s elf-management, share-management and dynamic management, and makes effective u se of informal organizations in university.
