Abstract:
Being different from corporations and government offices, universities have spec ial social functions, so they should have their own organizing frameworks. Based on the deep comprehending of the organization in a university, this paper analy zed their shortcomings, and designed a meshy hierarchy that is more suitable for a university. The framework is in favor of, compared with other architectures, accomplishing cross-link of vertical and horizontal integration, extends the fu nctions of the related departments, endows these departments with the ideas of s elf-management, share-management and dynamic management, and makes effective u se of informal organizations in university.
