Research on Evaluating the Ability of Knowledge Management in Aviation Manufacturing Enterprise: A Case Study

  • 摘要: 针对航空制造企业的知识管理能力评价案例,分析了航空制造企业中的知识资源构成,以企业对其内部主要知识资源的管理情况为评价指标,建立了对航空制造企业知识管理能力进行评价的多层次综合评价指标体系。将三角模糊数理论和模糊层次分析法结合起来,提出了一种基于三角模糊数的模糊层次分析方法,并将其应用到航空制造企业知识管理能力评价问题中。这种评价方法适用于被评价对象的性能无法具体量化、指标权重不易判断的多层次指标综合评价问题。最后以某航空制造企业知识管理能力评价结果给出了该方法的应用。
    Abstract: Focused on the issue of evaluating the ability of knowledge management in aviati on manufacturing enterprise, the knowledge resource in aviation manufacturing en terprise is analyzed, and a multiple index system to evaluate ability of knowled ge management in aviation manufacturing enterprise is presented. To evaluate the ability of it, it is difficult to give the value and the weight of indexes. A f uzzy AHP method based on triangular fuzzy numbers is presented to overcome the d ifficulty. It is more available and convenient to evaluate the ability of knowle dge management in aviation manufacturing enterprise. At last, a case is given to illustrate the application of the proposed evaluating method.
