摘要: 根据利益相关者理论的分类方法,结合群体性事件的特点,将紧密性和影响力两个维度结合 ,构建了群体性事件利益相关者分类模型,分为"首要关键利益相关者、首要非关键利益相关者、次要关键利益相关者、次要非关键利益相关者"四种类型,并提出了群体性事件利益相关者管理的八个步骤。

Abstract: Based on the stakeholders theories and combined with the characteristics of mass events, this paper sets up the stakeholders model of mass events by considering two dimensions of tightness and impact, which includes primary and vital stakeh olders, primary and normal stakeholders, secondary and vital stakeholders, secon dary and normal stakeholders. It studies the eight stages of mass events' stakeh olders management.
