Research on Outsourcing Management of CNC's IT Projects

摘要: 以网通IT项目建设为背景,在分析了网通原有IT项目外包管理存在问题的基础上,依据项目管理有关理论及方法并且结合企业实际提出了网通IT项目外包管理改进方案。并对该方案在网通计费系统项目的应用效果进行分析。应用效果表明 ,该外包管理方案对网通计费系统项目是有效的。研究结果可以对网通以及中国其他电信运营企业改进IT项目外包管理、提高IT项目的成功率提供一定借鉴。

Abstract: The paper is based on IT project development of CNC. It studies the IT outsourcing management in CNC. Based on the analysis of the problems of the IT outsourcing management in CNC, it applies the theory of project management and p roposes an improved approach for the IT outsourcing management in CNC. The propo sed approach is applied to the CNC Fee Management System and the results are ana lyzed. According to the results, the proposed approach is applicable and effecti ve to the CNC Fee Management System. The results could provide a reference to th e enterprise as well as other Chinese telecommunication operating enterprises to improve their IT outsourcing management and to increase the success ratio of th eir IT projects.
