摘要: 随着知识经济时代的到来,高校的科技管理工作面临许多新的机遇和挑战。如何实现高校科研管理工作的创新,促进科学技术和整个社会的和谐发展,是高校科研管理工作人员应予以关注的问题。文章试阐述新时期下高校科研管理存在的问题,并提出几点改进措施,以促进高校科研管理的良好发展。

Abstract: As the age of knowledge-economy comes, the science and technology managing of t he universities and the colleges are faced with new opportunities and challenges . How to realize the innovation of the science and technology managing of the un iversities and the colleges so as to promote a harmonious development of science and technology and the whole society? This is an issue worthy concern of the st uff responsible. This article tries to elaborate the problems in the science and technology managing of the universities and the colleges in the new age and put forward the measures to improve the situation in order to promote the healthy d evelopment of the science and technology managing of the universities and the co lleges.
